How To Train Mind …..And Body?!

Hey this is my first post on Aristotle Fitness I am not going to try to publish on a daily basis (mostly weekly). I want to publish quality content so I might take time to write these posts. I will also try to get opinions of experts to check myself. So I hope you enjoy.

Why Train Mind And Body?

You see when I first started trying to get fit the biggest hurdle weren’t the limits of my body (don’t get me wrong they were there) but the limits of my mind. I just couldn’t keep my goals for a long period of time in other cases I would overexert myself and be down for days (tried doing 100 pushups) or I would miss a day and everything would go down the drain. Since I couldn’t get any help I decided to write this post to help those still struggling.

How To Train The Mind And Body

Are you seeing this through your phone or PC. You might have already noticed this but many crave the need for their phone (not that I can judge ) they crave the endorphins released during while reading texts, watching videos etc. These endorphins are necessary as they are also released during exercise. So why aren’t we addicted to exercise as well, the answer isn’t that difficult (or scientific by the way) exercise is too much effort if a person can get a high by running three kilometers or checking his phone guess which one he’ll pick

So how do you use this, pretty easy get high. Don’t take me literally now. As a starter do some sit ups (easy to do and requires no equipment start by doing 10 each time) try to do them before something enjoyable like eating, streaming, reading texts etc. As your brain realises that doing exercise gives you a high you’ll want to exercise automatically. One of the most neglected aspects might be your point of view towards exercise many think only of the benefits or stress related to it. When you exercise the thing you actually need to think about us getting that high.

    That about sums it up.

It you enjoyed it follow me for other posts like this.
